KEVIN HART I'm Divorced ... And Still Rich

Kevin Hart may have just pulled off the biggest bargain basement divorce in Hollywood, because we've learned the gazillionaire has settled up with his ex-wife for relative pennies.

Hart, who is worth a reported $9 million, will pay his ex, Torrei Hart a lump sum of $175,000.

But Torrei does get a few fabulous parting gifts, including an Escalade and personal stuff like jewelry.

All signs point to a prenup.

In the end Kevin is not getting off the hook scot-free ... he has to pay $19,785 a month in support for their 8-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son.

The divorce was actually final in November, 2011.  Kevin, who is repped by Debra Opri, has just settled the financials.

Rihanna -- 3 Years of Protection from Obsessed Intruder

Rihanna just scored three years of peace of mind ... because a judge has granted her request for a permanent restraining order against an obsessed fan who tried to break into her L.A. home last month.

Lady D broke the story ... Rihanna obtained a temporary stay-away orderagainst a man named Steveland Barrow, after he was arrested for breaking into the home of Rihanna's neighbor. Cops told us Barrow believed the home belonged to Rihanna ... and even slept in one of the beds.

A judge made the temporary order permanent today, requiring Barrow to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna for the next three years.

In her request for a restraining order, Rihanna said she fears for her safety.

Kim Kardashian Sits for Deposition -- I Loved Him When I Married Him

Kim Kardashian secretly sat for her deposition Tuesday in L.A. ... and she testified under oath that when she accepted Kris Humphries' proposal of marriage and when she said "I do," she really did love him.

Lady D has learned the deposition was taken at the offices of Kim's lawyer ... disso queen Laura Wasser (the pic was taken on their way in). It lasted 9 hours.

Kris Humphries' lawyer probed for evidence that Kim defrauded Kris and only married him to goose ratings for her reality show, but we're told Kris didn't make any headway. He's shooting for an annulment based on fraud, but sources say the depo didn't help his case.

Get this ... Kris did NOT show up for the depo. His lawyer made a big stink in court that  Kris had a right to be there. He didn't even have a game on Tuesday.

As for the reality show ... we're told Kim testified it played no part in her decision to tie the knot.   Other than that, we've learned Kris' lawyer, Lee Hutton, did not ask much at all about the reality show and whether it was staged. Hutton has made numerous threats that he would blow the lid off the reality show during the trial, so it's surprising he virtually ignored it in Kim's depo.

Kim has been gunning for a divorce for almost a year-and-a-half. The trial is set for May 6.

Pope Francis has already become a superstar back in his home country of Argentina ... and when he returns, he'll have Alotta Fagina waiting there to congratulate him .... 

Fabiana Udenio -- the Argentinian-born actress who played Fagina in "Austin Powers" -- who says she's bursting with pride over the papal election. 

"Catholic people in South America are very passionate people and I think this will be good for the spiritual side of the religion because it may attract more passionate people to join the religion," she said.

Fagina added, "[The people of South America] are less jaded by the skepticism brought on by the scandals that have burdened the Catholic church in the past.” 

The actress says she's excited to see how an Argentinian will shake things up in Italy -- “The fusion of both cultures will be a great thing for Catholics everywhere.”

DJ Paul -- Punished After Taser Arrest

Three 6 Mafia rapper DJ Paul is feeling the aftershock for carrying a taser around NYC last year ..., he's been sentenced to community service following his weapon possession arrest.

As we reported, DJ Paul was stopped by NYPD officers back in October after leaving a restaurant with an open beer in his hand. According to police, Paul admitted he was carrying a taser at the time, so he was placed under arrest for misdemeanor possession of a weapon. He was also charged with carrying an open container.

Paul originally pled "not guilty" to the charges -- but today, the rapper struck a plea deal with prosecutors, agreeing to plead guilty to disorderly conduct instead. 

He was sentenced to 21 hours of community service.

Could be worse.

Rapper M.I.A. -- CMan't Go AWOL With Son After Ex Gets Restraining Order

M.I.A. better love Brooklyn ... 'cause the rapper's been banned from leaving the borough with her son ... courtesy of a court order obtained by her filthy rich baby daddy, Benjamin Bronfman. 

M.I.A. was reportedly threatening to take her 4-year-old boy Ikhyd to England, her home country ... until Benjamin -- son of Seagram's billionaire Edgar Bronfman Jr. -- was granted a temporary restraining order in a King's County (aka Brooklyn) court earlier this week.

Bronfman and M.I.A. were never married, but split up last year. They both live in Brooklyn, separately, and little Ikhyd goes to school there.

The NY Post first reported the TRO ... which is latest battle in what appears to be an ongoing custody war between M.I.A. and Bronfman.

The rapper has tweeted in the past accusing Bronfman's family of trying “to take my child away from me.”
