SUNSET JULY 14, 2012. During his heydays Jeffrie Bernard Jones, husband of Florah Mnkande was involved in an auto accident on Monday July  9, 2012.  He was pronounced dead on July 14, 2012.  Funeral arrangements are being organized at his residence: 18114 Samuel Circle Hagerstown, MD 21740 To defray funeral costs a donation account has been established through Florah Anna Mnkande as follows: Bank of America - Routing# 052001633, Account# 446024022257.     Your donation will be highly appreciated.
